Aktivace Office 2013 pro Podnikatele (pro Domácnost)
Koupili jste v krabičce MS Office 2013 pro podnikatele, ve které je jen product key a potřebujete ho nainstalovat a aktivovat? Pokud máte více než jednu licenci ve firmě, tak je to zatím největší prasárna, co Microsoft udělal. Ale pojďme se podívat, jak na to.
Pokud máte jen jednu licenci pro sebe, tak je to celkem jednoduché. Do prohlížeče zadáte:
zadáte Product Key, který máte v krabičce, ten přiřadíte svému Microsoft accountu, který snadno zřídíte a pak už přímo z weub nainstalujete Office, který se buď aktivuje přímo sám, nebo ho aktivujete pomocí tohoto Microsoft accountu. Zde je akorát velmi důležité vědět, že si musíte někam (nejlépe do krabičky od Office) zapsat, jaký máte Account a k němu heslo, protože jakmile jednou Product Key přiřadíte k Account, není už cesty, jak ho přiřadit někam jinam. A bez tohoto účtu už Office 2013 nikdy nepřeinstalujete.
Potud to vypadá celkem jednoduše. Do chvíle, než již máte ve firmě třeba 10. Teoreticky můžete postupovat stejně, ale cesty jsou dvě (resp. naštěstí tři).
Všechny Office 2013 pro Podnikatele na jednom MS Accountu
Buď všechny Product Key přiřadíte na jeden Microsoft Account. Potom je ale problém, že nejste schopni rozlišit, který Product Key je který. Bude tam pod sebou třeba dvacet odstavců s tím, že Office 2013 pro podnikatele, ale původní product Key se už nedozvíte a očíslované taky nejsou. A aby to nebylo příliš jednoduché, tak jakmile je jednou přiřadíte, až je pd jiný účet nepřesunete ani za pomocí technické podpory MS.
Pro každý Office 2013 pro Podnikatele vlastní účet
Toto je cesta preferovaná Microsoftem. Pro každou licenci zřídit vlastní Microsoft Account a přiřadit ji tam. To zní skoro pěkně, akorát...
Když uděláte Accounty na jména/emaily zaměstnanců a pak změníte zaměstnance, máte po Office :(
Když chcete vytvožit Accoutny ve tvaru např. office01@firma.cz, musíte mít tyto konkrétní emaily funkční (nebo alespoň aliasy na nějaký IT email), protože musíte při registraci ověřit, že jste vlastníkem tohoto emailu.
Dalším problémem je, že v jednom dni můžete zřídit maximálně 3 Microsoft accounty, takže u třeba 20 licencí je to práce na dva týdny :( Pominu-li fakt, že musíte například zadat a správné datum narození, což u účtu office01@firma.cz prostě korektně udělat nelze.
No a jak to udělat off-line a tak to trochu obejít
Naštěstí někohou MS napadlo, že některé počítače třeba nemusí být připojeny na internet nebo mohou být za nějakým firewallem, tak vymysleli i off-line metodu, jak toto vyřešit. Postup je následovný:
Podle jednoho z předchozích odstavců registrujete Product Key z krabičky k MS účtu. (Jednomu nebo více.)
Na stránce
vyberete Instalovat z disku - Zobrazit kód Product Key. Zde zobrazený Product Key je jiný, než ten co máte na zakoupené kartičce. Tento si dobře opište nebo vytiskněte a nejlépe přicvakněte ke krabičce s původním kódem. Jedná se již o jakýsi finální Product Key, který už se nezadává do webu, ale konkrétně tímto se potom aktivují Office.
Pak pokud nemáte instalační disk, tak si ak vyberete Chci vypálit disk a stáhnete si Image disku, který vypálíte.
Potom Office z disku nainstalujete, a místo zadání Product Key přes aktivačního wizarda, použiteje script C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\ospp.vbs pro 64 bitové Office resp. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office(x86)\Office15\ospp.vbs pro 32 bitové Office.
