PC a internet MS Exchange 2003: Přesměrování emailu na externí adresu

Někdy je třeba přesměrovat poštu z doménové schránky na nějakou externí emailovou schránku v internetu.

Tady je několik postupů, jak toho docílit. Všechny zmněné postupy využívají Active Directory Users and Computers konzolu:

Postup 1 - Přeposílání pošty pro doménového uživatele

  1. Vytvořit kontakt a definovat mu externí emailovou adresu. (Např: user@seznam.cz)
  2. Kliknout na vlastnosti uživatele, jehož schránka má být přesměrována a zvolit Exchange General Tab a Delivery Options.
  3. Do políčka Forward To vybrat kontakt, který jsme vytvořili v bodě 1.

Postup 2 - Přeposílání pošty bez nutnosti vytvoření doménového uživatele

  1. Vytvořit kontakt a definovat mu interní emailovou adresu, kterou chceme přesměrovávat. (Např: user@organization.cz)
  2. Kliknout na vlastnosti kontaktu a přidělit mu sekundární SMTP adresu a zvolit externí adresu, kam chceme přesměrovávat. (Např: user@seznam.cz)

Postup 3 - Přeposílání pošty bez nutnosti vytvoření doménového uživatele s využitím Distribuční skupiny

  1. Vytvořit kontakt a definovat mu externí emailovou adresu, na kterou chceme přesměrovávat. (Např: user@seznam.cz)
  2. Vytvořit Distribuční skupiny (Distribution Group) a přiřadit ji interní emailovou adresu, kteoru chceme přesměrovávat. (Např: user@organization.cz)
  3. Do vytvořené skupiny přiřadit kontakt, který jsme vytvořili v bodě 1.

Výhody a nevýhody

První postup je výhodný pouze, pokud už uživatele v doméně máme a potřebujeme, aby měl i nějaká oprávnění a podobně. Narozdíl od ostatních dvou postupů totiž vytvořený uživatel zabírá SID, kterých není neomezeně a také vyčerpá zaplacný CAL (Client Access Licence).

Druhý postup je poměrně nejjednodušší, ale posledně z nějakého důvodu nefungoval. Důvod přesně nevím, tak je potřeba to pro jistotu otestovat.

Třetí postup je zase pro změnu nejprůhledněší. Je jednoduše vidět, jaký kontakt je v jaké skupině.

Pozn: V případě, že si nejste jistí s nastavením poštovního serveru MS Exchange ve Vaší společnosti, je vhodné kontaktovat specializovaného správce sítě.
