PC a internet MS Exchange 2003: Změna hesla přes Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Někdy může být nutné, aby uživatelé mohli vzdáleně přes Outlook Web Access (OWA) změnit své heslo v doméně. OWA v Exchange 2003 tuto funkcionalitu podporuje, ale standardně je z bezpečnostních důvodů vypnutá a je třeba ji explicitně zapnout.

Postup je následovný:

Nastavení virtuálního webu pro změnu hesla:

  1. Otevřít Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager v Administrative Tool, vyhledat Default Web site, kliknout pravým tlačítkem a zvolit New Virtual Directory.
  2. Jako Virtual Directory Alias nastavit Iisadmpwd.
  3. Jako Website Content Directory nastavit na c:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv\Iisadmpwd.
  4. V oprávnění nastavit Read, Run Scripts and Execute permissions.

Zobrazení tlačítka pro změnu hesla v OWA:

  1. Spustit regedit a najít větev HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWEB\OWA.
  2. Vytvořit nový REG-DWORD s názvem DisablePassword a nastavit jeho hodnotu na 0.
  3. Restartovat IIS.

Změna hesla:

  1. Přihlásit se do Outlook Web Access (OWA).
  2. Kliknout na Option (Možnosti).
  3. Zvolit dole tlačítko Změna hesla.

Pozn: V případě, že si nejste jistí s nastavením poštovního serveru MS Exchange ve Vaší společnosti, je vhodné kontaktovat specializovaného správce sítě.
